Emma Trotter

Board Member
Emma Trotter joined the Writing Coaches of Montana board in 2025. She is a lawyer for a tech company who also writes for Missoula Valley Lifestyle magazine and has taught a law school class on tech start-up lawyering. In college, Emma trained as a writing tutor and served as a student coordinator for the program, and she remains passionate about helping people unlock and access their writing abilities. Emma is a proud mom of three small kids, and in her spare time she enjoys reading, hiking, camping, running, and roadtripping.
